Hello Everyone!

Last month I mentioned having a contest (with prizes worth money). Well, though the month ideas were collected and the most liked idea was a game creation contest. Members will be able to select their game engine of choice (we will recommend a few easy to use, code free engines) and then create and share their best work. The idea is still in the works but keep tuned for more details during April. If you have any questions or comments, drop us a line.

I would like to remind everyone to be social and follow us on Facebook and Twitter. Both pages are updated with front page news. On our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Gamer-Dirt/111542742193773) you will find the ever growing list of members. Be sure to check it out if you want to connect with other Gamers. On the other hand if you are more interested in staying in the loop our Twitter account (http://twitter.com/gamerdirt) will keep you up to date on both GD and Gamer news.

Our Twitter account wouldn't be possible if it weren't for Maxdoggy who is currently managing the news that streams out. However he can't do it alone and we ask that anyone that is interested in helping manage the Twitter or Facebook page to let us know.  Similarly anyone interested in becoming a News Hunter the position is still available if you’re interested.

Our last order of business this month is to bring in more member ideas. We would like your feedback on the site and what you would like to see become available in the next following months. To accomplish this we will be creating a survey that will be sent out to the community. However, if you have an idea that can’t wait, feel free to reply.
