The only good thing is...the 360 will succeed.  I think there are a lot more gamers in the world now, whom actually research the new stuff that is or might be coming out and every gamer knows about the Xbox 360.  Even most of the people who aren't gamers know about it.  Grin

IF there is any reason that it will succede, it is that it appeals to more people now.  If you go back to Dreamecast (Or what ever), there wern't as many gamers.  But this appels to the older gamers, younger gamers, media center peeps, and people that buy stuff.  Wink

especially the older peeps now...

A few years ago - gaming on a console was considered to be childish... these days you have as many adults(young and old) playing xbox and ps2 as there are kids...

Especially with games like condemned and gears of war that are specifically marketed for adult/late teen gamers then kids...

Yeah the big difference here is the Xbox 360 has already proved it will be a winner, but i was trippin' out as i read these 'comparisons'

i wasn't realy interested in gaming when the dreamcast was made so i didnt realy want one but i remember playing on one in a game store the controller was awful
